As an educator, it is imperative to grow professionally. I have created a plan that will ensure my own professional development.

- Join professional organizations that will keep me up to date with the ESL community.
- Continue to conduct self-assessments, which will give me the feedback I need to adapt my teaching strategies to better suit my student’s needs.
- Attend workshops and meetings that will keep me informed by providing me with additional educational material and innovative teaching strategies.
- Continue to go to school and obtain a second master's degree.
